Bullet Designs® Inc is not responsible for merchandise once it leaves our facility. Our responsibility is fulfilled once we turn products over to our shipping carrier. Shipping is prepaid. All claims concerning missing and/or damaged merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. Shipping insurance is not provided automatically but is available upon request (please note that there will be an added shipping cost for insurance). Tracking numbers are provided via email; please check spam or junk folders.
Shipping price shown is for USPS First Class International. Other USPS shipping methods are available upon request. We will only use the actual value of the product on the Customs Form. Customer is responsible for all Customs fees. Customs fees are unrelated to shipping charges, and therefore, cannot be substituted. International tracking numbers given by the USPS can be unreliable. Bullet Designs® will provide as much information as possible, but we are not responsible for tracking numbers that are not updated regularly. Contact your local post office to receive more information.
Orders are eligible for refund or exchange only if returned in original packaging, undamaged and unaltered. Refunds or exchanges are available solely at the discretion of Bullet Designs® Inc. Refunds will be credited to the same card used during purchase. If returning a gift, proof of original purchase from Bullet Designs® Inc must be provided. If proof is not provided, Bullet Designs® Inc is under no obligation to offer a refund or an exchange. Bullet Designs® Inc is not responsible for return shipping costs.
All Bullet Designs® Inc merchandise is guaranteed for 90 days from date of sale to be free from materials or workmanship defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as normal wearing of silver or gold plating, chain breaks, scratches, dulling, fading or obvious abuse. Upon complete inspection, Bullet Designs® Inc will determine if repair, replacement, credit or refund is due. No other implied or expressed warranties, including the fitness of the products for a particular purpose, will be honored.
If your product breaks outside of our warranty period, we will repair it. Please contact us before you send any products back to us. After contacting us, you can send the damaged product to us at Bullet Designs® Inc with proof of purchase. We will repair the product and send it back to you immediately. Bullet Designs® Inc is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for any mistakes or misspellings made by our customers.
- Personalized laser engraved items are not accepted for return.
- While we accept most engraving requests, we cannot honor every one. Some may contain trademarks or other terms that we do not have the right to use.
- Others may contain material that we consider inappropriate or simply do not want to place on products. At times this obliges us to decline engraving requests that may otherwise seem unobjectionable. If your engraving request is deemed unacceptable, your order will be canceled and you will be notified via email.
- Bullet Designs® Inc reserves the right to cancel any engraving requests after they have been submitted.

- Engraving orders cancelled or changed during production are invoiced for all expenses incurred.
- Every effort will be made to meet desired color (dark or light mark). However, due to variations in materials and coating, color results can fluctuate.
Engraving Processing Time:
- Our engraving processing time may vary depending on the quantity and product you choose to have engraved. Please add an additional 2-3 days to our normal processing time to have your items engraved.
You must be the owner of a legitimate brick and mortar retail store OR e-commerce site to participate in the Wholesale Program. EBay or other auction sites sellers are not eligible, and our merchandise may not be sold on any such site. BDI must be notified of any and all such sites that BDI merchandise is sold on. Wholesaler must provide a valid tax ID number and a copy of your resale license to participate.
Some of our designs are Copyright Protected and/or Patented. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions and you agree not to copy our designs. All merchandise must be sold with the BDI box and/or tag attached and the tag and box may not be removed or discarded at any time by Wholesaler. All advertising that includes BDI merchandise must also include the BDI logo.
There must be a minimum purchase order in the amount of $300.00 (Retail Value) and a minimum of three (3) of each item in your order. Product quantities do not have to be in increments of 3. Percentage discounts are based on current BDI website published product prices and are subject to change.
Wholesale Pricing (Applies to all orders; first and subsequent alike.)
All prices are subject to change without notice. Our wholesale discount is 50% with a $300 minimum order ($150 out of pocket).
Ordering and Payment
To register as a Wholesale customer, please send an email to email@example.com requesting a Wholesale Application. Once your completed application is received and approved a Wholesale Account will be created for you at www.bulletdesigns.com
To place an order, log into your account as soon as you go to the website. Logging in will reveal the Wholesale prices, and you can then assemble your order. The discount percentage will automatically calculate according to the total product amount added to your cart. All orders must be paid in full before order can be processed and shipped.
We stand behind our products. If you have any problems with your order, we will gladly pay for return shipping and replace defective items subject to the following terms. You may also refer the customer directly to us for repairs.
All BDI merchandise is guaranteed for 3 months from date of sale to be free from materials or workmanship defect. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as normal wearing of silver or gold plating, chain breaks, scratches, dulling, fading or obvious abuse. Wholesalers requesting warranty service must return the merchandise, freight prepaid and insured, together with a copy of the sales receipt indicating the end user’s date of purchase and reason for return. Excluding products damaged in shipping, we will gladly repair (free of charge) any piece that breaks while on display at your store within 45 days of shipment. Upon complete inspection, BDI will determine if repair, replacement, credit or refund is due. No other implied or expressed warranties, including the fitness of the products for a particular purpose, will be honored.
Clear crystals are highly recommended on jewelry products, as colored crystals are very hard to move. No refunds/exchanges on jewelry containing colored crystals for any reason.
Shipping and Returns
We normally ship via United States Postal Service. We can use your UPS account also. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks, depending on the amount of orders ahead of yours. Shipping charges vary depending on customer location and order size, but are very reasonable. All wholesale shipments must be insured.
Any items that are missing or that require a repair from shipping and that appear on the invoice must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. At that time, we will re-ship missing items. If we have not been previously notified of missing items, you are liable for the amount due stated on invoice.
BDI does not offer wholesale product 'buybacks'. If merchandise is returned for some other reason, except for defect or exchanges, Wholesaler is responsible to return merchandise, freight prepaid and insured, to BDI. BDI is not responsible for damages or losses incurred in return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Exclusivity and Territory Overlap
BDI does not generally make exclusivity commitments, though BDI can make exceptions at its sole discretion. It is our policy to work with each client to ensure that we are in agreement about any potential overlapping territory issues.
The products of BDI referred to on this Site may not be available for sale in all countries. No representation is made by as to the availability of a particular product in a particular country. For the availability of a particular product in your country, please contact BDI. All international orders must be made in English. Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and handling charges and fees. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the Wholesaler. All international (and domestic) orders are required to be paid in full prior to shipment.
Any License Agreements currently in effect between BDI and any other entity does not transfer to our wholesale accounts. No company that BDI currently has a license agreement will be held responsible for damages resulting from BDI products.
BDI is located within the State of Louisiana and all BDI products are manufactured in Louisiana. By participating in the Wholesale Program, both you and BDI agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from this program. You and BDI also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Third Judicial District Court of the State of Louisiana, Lincoln Parish, Louisiana with respect to such matters.
